Privacy notice

We are still finalising this notice. In the meantime, this is what we do with what you send us, both through the form on the home page and through your invitation:

• We collect company, industry, name, job title, email, phone, approximate number of attendees, roles of the people coming, the goal of the visit, the topics you are interested in, the approximate date and your message.
• We use them only to reply to you and to organise the visit. DeuSens and TECCO act as joint controllers.
• They are not shared with third parties outside the organisation of the visit.
• We also store the IP address of each submission, for one purpose only: to throttle automated submissions. Nothing else.
• We keep the text of this notice as it stood when you accepted it, so that you can see later what you agreed to.

If you want to know what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, reply to the acknowledgement email we sent you and we will take care of it.
